Purpose of This Report
This report will analyze the information system, Reynolds & Reynolds, that is utilized by the BMW of Roxbury dealership. The report will discuss the dealership’s strategy and how it uses the Reynolds & Reynolds information system to achieve that strategy. Our group will also discuss the issues with the information system and how they hinder the business. We will also provide recommendations to help improve the business's use of the information system based on those issues.

- Jerry Solomon is the General Sales Manager (GSM), He is in charge of all the operations of sales and the BDC department. He has 20 plus years experience in owning his own business within the music industry, in addition to 15 plus years within the automotive industry with many different auto makers. Mr. Solomon went to Rider University for twos years but left due to starting his own business.
